Ingredients
6Large eggshard boiled, cooled, peeled
1tspFlorida Pure Maple Bacon Sea Salt+ more to garnish
1tspSriracha powder
2tbspPlain Greek yogurt
2tbspRegular, olive oil, or light mayonnaise
1-3tspDijon mustard, to taste
1tspGreen olive or pepperonci pepper brine
Freshly ground white pepper, to taste
Instructions
Prepare the eggs - Slice eggs lengthwise; pop the yolks into a medium-sized prep bowl (or food processor bowl), and arrange the whites on a plate.
Prepare the egg yolk mixture - To the bowl, add the mayonnaise, yogurt, dijon mustard, Olive or Pepperoncini pepper brine, sriracha powder, Florida Pure Maple Bacon Sea Salt, and pepper.
Use the tines of a fork or a spoon (or food processor) to smash and blend the egg yolk mixture until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved. Season with extra Florida Pure Maple Bacon Sea Salt and ground pepper to taste.
Finish the deviled eggs - Pipe or spoon the yolk mixture into the egg white halves. Top with a sprinkle of Florida Pure Maple Bacon Sea Salt as garnish.
